Kimberly Dawn Perry was the 3rd child born to Herman & Phyllis Odum-Perry on November 1, 1966 in Carnegie, OK. Kimberly attended the Anadarko Public schools, and was a member of the graduating class of 1984. After graduating high school, Kimberly attending Guthrie Job Corp. After completing her vocational training at Guthrie Job Corp, Kimberly attended Langston University. While at Langston University, she majored in Broadcast Journalism. While in Gurthie, OK, Kimberly won the title of the first “Miss Black Gurthrie Job Corp”, and place 2nd in the State for “Miss Black Oklahoma”. Work history includes, presently, 23 years (9 yrs. In Germany & 14 yrs. In Columbus, GA) as a Dental Assistant at Dentac Corporation on Post at Fort Benning, GA. Kimberly loved the “bling”!!!! She was flashy and outgoing; enjoyed signing, and, performed live on-stage, stand-up comedy routines. While in Georgia, Kimberly also experienced live on-air broadcasting. Kimberly Dawn Perry united in holy matrimony to Robert Bailey, Sr. To this union one Son was born, Phillip. Close relatives whom preceded Kimberly in death are: both parents, Herman & Phyllis Perry; one brother, Richard Perry; a very special niece, Sierra Perry. Those left to cherish the memories are; one Son, Phillip Baily of Columbus, GA; special nephew, Laikyn Perry of Columbus, GA; sister, Jacqueline (William) Chase of Oklahoma City, OK; brother, Roderick Williams of Oklahoma City, OK; sister-in-law, Janice Perry of Midwest City, OK. Other relatives include: Lendy Perry & Courtney Perry both of Midwest City, OK; Richard Perry, Jr., Bracey Perry, Kentero Perry, and Brandon Perry all of Midwest City, OK; Justin (LeAnne) Pendarvis of Anadarko, OK. Nieces: Briana Solo of Midwest City, OK; Nicole Williams and Amanda Williams, both of Oklahoma City, OK. A host of cousins, relatives, and friends. Kimberly’s favorite saying: “My life is a living epistle for all the World to read”.
