Marsha Jean Lewis

January 18, 1965 - February 13, 2022

Marsha Jean Lewis was born on January 18th, 1965, as the 3rd child born to Donald Lee Lewis and Edna Mae Sanders in Coalgate OK. Marsha passed from this life on February 13th, 1022, at Integris of Edmond surrounded by her family. Her final place of residence was in Chickasha, OK at her family’s homeplace where she raised her 2 daughters, Marcia & Amanda. Marsha did many things over the years including bartending, Manual Labor, and homemaker. She also attended Cosmetology school. Her passion in life was being called, “Mother & Grandmother”. Marsha attended AMPO high school. Marsha had a love for family and friends. If ever you needed a helping hand, a place to crash, or best of all some good, ole fried taters, her door was always open. Marsha was preceded in death by her husband of 16 years, Perry Hedgepeth; both parents, Donald & Edna Lewis; maternal grandmother, Evelyn Sanders; paternal grandparents, Hugh &m Gladys Lewis; two stepsons, Eric Null and Mark Null; one son-in-law, Billy McLean. Marsha is survived by her two daughters, Marcia McLean and Amanda Evinger (Andrew); eight amazing grandchildren: Cheyenne, John, Eric, Vance, Kathlean, Andrew, Annyka, and Schellie. They were the joy of her life. She is also survived by three siblings: Donnie Lewis, Mike Lewis (Kim), and baby sister, Eva. Several aunts, uncles, and extended family members as well as many, many, adopted children and grandchildren whose lives she has impacted over the years. Marsha will be greatly missed by all who knew her. And her spirit will live throughout the succeeding generations.
